DELIVERY & RETURNS

Refund & Exchange Policy

As everything is handmade to order, Love Liv do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. Deposits are none refundable once fabrics are purchased. However, if you change your mind before the garment is made you are not required to pay the remaining balance. You may also change the design of your order if the garment hasn't been started and if necessary pay the difference. 

All of the items made are quality control checked before they are dispatched. However if you find any fault with the garment please contact us immediately. If we are not contacted within 48 hours we will not accept responsibility for faults found. 

Delivery 

All of our items are sent by Royal Mail special or international delivery tracked and signed delivery. Our items are PRE ORDER only unless you are purchasing from our ready to buy section. Please allow up to 21 days for your order to reach you and an additional 5 days for international delivery. If you wish to collect your garment from store please email us directly on Liv@lovelivthelabel.com and you will be notified when the order is ready to be collected. 

Turnaround

Orders will be finished and dispatched within 14-21 days from order date. In busy periods (Christmas, Races, Easter etc) this may increase - you will be notified of any changes in timescales. 

Garment Care

Most items are made of fabrics that can be washed on a gentle machine cycle (30) Any fabrics that have sequins or trims, are embellished or embroidered MUST be handwashed and left to air dry. If you have any queries regarding the aftercare of your garment please do not hesitate to contact us.
